- Orders of £100.00 and Over: Free Tracked Delivery (£0.00) on all UK orders where the product subtotal reaches or exceeds £100.00.
- Orders Under £100.00: Standard Tracked Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10.00.
- Delivery Coverage: We deliver throughout the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland (including the Scottish Highlands), Wales, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands. There are no excluded postcodes. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

When your parcel leaves our dispatch facility, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing the carrier name, tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Each parcel also includes a packing slip and a pre-printed, prepaid return shipping label inside the box.
Our tracked delivery services are provided by Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce or Evri. The carrier is selected according to parcel weight, dimensions and delivery destination.

1. Return Window and Statutory Rights

2. Condition of Returned Items (Building Hardware Inspection Guidelines)
For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, fasteners, brackets, drill bits and small parts should be returned in brand-new, unused and uninstalled condition, complete in their original protective packaging with all pieces, compartments, and labels intact:
- Uninstalled & Thread-Intact Standards: Bolts, nuts, and anchor sleeves must not have been tightened with high-torque spanners, driven into masonry or timber, cross-threaded, stripped, or rounded off. Items must be completely free from outdoor rust, grease, cement dust, mortar stains, or tool marks on screw heads and bracket finishes.
- Drill Bit Sets & Multi-Packs: Drill bits must be completely unsharpened, unused, and free from tip heat discolouration, chipping, or flute residue. Fastener sets (such as Nut & Bolt Sets or Grommet packs) sold in multi-piece boxes must be returned as full, complete sets rather than partial packs with missing hardware.
- Reasonable Inspection Allowed: In accordance with UK consumer law, you may open the outer box indoors to inspect the thread diameter, bracket gauge, finish, and dimensions to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the hardware, as you would examine items in a trade shop. Where applicable law permits, we may make a proportionate deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
These condition requirements do not override statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, damage or items that do not match their description.
3. Return Costs and Fees
Return shipping is free (£0.00) for eligible returns using the prepaid return label supplied with your order. If the original label is unavailable, contact our customer support team for a replacement PDF label at no cost.

- Step 3 – Post Your Parcel: Drop the sealed parcel off at the designated local Post Office branch or authorised carrier drop-off point indicated on the label, and retain your proof-of-postage receipt.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your hardware order arrives damaged in transit, with thread manufacturing defects, or with incorrect sizes or quantities, please contact support@harrowfast.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the defect or issue prior to installation.
