- Drill Bit Sets & Multi-Packs: Drill bits must be completely unsharpened, unused, and free from tip heat discolouration, chipping, or flute residue. Fastener sets (such as Nut & Bolt Sets or Grommet packs) sold in multi-piece boxes must be returned as full, complete sets rather than partial packs with missing hardware.
- Reasonable Inspection Allowed: In accordance with UK consumer law, you may open the outer box indoors to inspect the thread diameter, bracket gauge, finish, and dimensions to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the hardware, as you would examine items in a trade shop. Where applicable law permits, we may make a proportionate deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
These condition requirements do not override statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, damage or items that do not match their description.
